Jr Barnes Foundation is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Non-Profit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.

The  Mission of the Jr Barnes foundation is to uplift, encourage, promote the development of at risk youth, by providing mentor ships, self-esteem building, and community out reach programs in. "The vision of the Jr Barnes fondation is to teach our youth their personal responsibilities and contributions to their community and the world." Through our career building program we aim to target juniors and seniors in high school looking for direction and finding a career path that best fits them.
